Customers with dedicated servers are responsible for their own hosting platform as we don't usually have control over the server. Hosted dedicated servers purchased through Hosting Partners can  however be continually monitored if required to ensure you are alerted if a service or hardware element fails. All our own supplied servers are available with fast fail to fix response times ranging from 2-4 hour.
